What is ThermaScan™?
ThermaScan is a special pulse infrared laser that can selectively target the region in your skin responsible for improving collagen. ThermaScan’s innovative technology sets new standards for the treatment of wrinkles and several other skin conditions.

However, this varies from patient to patient and depends on the depth of the treatment. A topical anesthetic, cream can be used on extra-sensitive areas. However, no injection is needed.

What will happen during the procedure?
Dr. Siddiq will discuss all options with you. Your eyes will be protected with safety shields or glasses. Your procedure should take between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the size of the area to be treated.

What aftercare is needed?
Dr. Siddiq will discuss post-treatment care with you during your consultation visit. You may be given some skin care products and instructions on how to use them. This will minimize your risk of inflammation or redness and ensure the shortest recovery time. Your must avoid direct sun exposure. Fully cover your skin or use a good sunscreen whenever you go outdoors.
